Donations

 

Each Club has the ability to accept donations of Money, services and Gear. Here is information on how to properly request donations. 

Financial Donations

Each club has multiple mechanisms for accepting donations of Cash. Any cash donations should be funneled to the clubs through their UW Foundation. More information on that can be found on the 'Foundation Accounts' page.

Equipment Donation

 

Clubs are allowed and encouraged to seek the donation of equipment from manufacturers, vendors and community members. Clubs cannot donate their equipment to other non-profits or external organizations. All donations must be approved by the executive board. Services and Tangibles Donation

 

If you have a business or individual interested in donating a tangible benefit to your club these things can be written off on taxes. 

 

This can include services such as maintenance or transportation, Frequent flyer miles, flight tickets, waiving speaker fee's and so much more!

If you have somebody interested in a non-cash donation of tangible benefit please work with an advisor to provide the appropriate paperwork for the donor.
